What we collect
We collect your email address for receipts and download links, order and download records, support communications, and any email subscription preferences. Stripe processes card payments; NIWKit does not receive or store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use information to deliver purchases, secure time-limited downloads, provide support, prevent abuse, keep tax and accounting records, improve the service, and send updates only when you consent.
Sharing
We share information only as needed with service providers that operate payments, email, hosting, analytics, database, and storage, or when law requires disclosure. We do not sell personal information.
Marketing email is double opt-in with one-click unsubscribe in every message.
Retention and security
We retain order and transaction records as needed for delivery, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Other records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary. We use access controls and private storage, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses essential browser storage for the shopping cart and first-party, privacy-conscious analytics to understand site use. Our analytics record page views, the pages and buttons you interact with, your device and browser type, an approximate location (country and region derived from network headers), and referral source, tied to a random first-party visitor identifier stored in a cookie. We do not store raw IP addresses, and we do not sell this data or use it to identify you personally. If you provide an email (for example, by subscribing or ordering), we may associate your own activity with that email so we can support you and improve the service. We do not use customer petition contents because customers do not upload petitions to the storefront.
Your choices
Contact support@niwkit.com to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to records we must retain by law. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
Children and international use
NIWKit is not directed to children under 13. If you access the service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our service providers.
